Access the homepage: (https://www.halukaydinkuruyemis.com) After opening the website, click on the "NUTRITIONAL FRUIT, CHOCOLATE & DRAGEE, TURKISH DELIGHT, COFFEE, DRIED FRUIT, OTHERS, EIDAL" tab in the menu bar at the top of the page. After clicking the "Category" tab, a window with product groups opens. Select the desired product group and access the relevant section. After selecting the desired product group, a window displays all products in that category. From this window, select the desired product and proceed with the process. After deciding on the product to purchase, click on the product itself to access a page showing all the product's detailed features. On this page, click the "Add to Cart" icon to add the product to the shopping cart. After adding the product to the cart, a new window opens. This window displays the product in the shopping cart. At this stage, if there are other products you wish to purchase, continue browsing, or click the "Go to Cart" button to complete your purchase directly. After accessing the cart, a panel displays a shopping summary. At the bottom left of the panel, there's a box labeled "Use Gift Certificate." If a gift certificate is available, enter it in the appropriate field, and a "tick" will indicate that the certificate has been approved. The discounted amount is immediately reflected in the panel.

After entering the gift certificate, click "Proceed to checkout." In the window that opens, you can continue shopping as a member or a guest. Shopping as a member means you can take advantage of future campaigns and benefits. Therefore, membership is recommended. This eliminates the need to re-register for future purchases, and the information is stored in the system.
PAYMENT
The next step opens a page where you must enter payment and shipping information. After entering the necessary information in this field and continuing, the system will request your credit card information. Non-corporate customers must enter their ID number instead of their tax ID number. Once this is completed, your order will be completed.
DELIVERY
We strive to keep products sold on the website in stock. If the ordered product is in stock, same-day shipping will commence, and delivery will be to your address within 1 to 5 days. You will be notified via SMS when the product has been shipped. Please open your package while the courier is with you and file a report of any errors. In any case, we will initiate a stock and camera review process after you contact us.
